I found the staff super friendly. Mathew, Vaidehi, Eaint and Nilardri ensured I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The breakfast really surprised me! I also really appreciated the variety of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

I would have really appreciated more firm pillows. That is it!

the room smelled strongly of dampness, it was really noticeable as soon as i entered. also, the shower was not great. the water temperature kept fluctuating wildly, switching from cold to lukewarm without warning, it made showering quite unpleasant.

The hotel breakfast had good variety. I saw options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Naresh, the housekeeping person, was helpful. He addressed my needs promptly. I appreciated the y2 bus service availability. It made getting around easy.

The hotel did not provide enough water bottles. There was also no water in the reception area upon check-in.
